Shipping
Items normally ship within 5 business days. You will be notified of any delays.
All artwork is shipped and packaged professionally. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Shipping is free, regardless of how many items you order.
The company that does my printing will ship directly to you. All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. I try to use economy shipping to keep prices down. It is possible that alternate carriers may be used at some point during the process. I will keep you posted as I receive information on the shipment.
All items are packaged with care in a clear sleeve and shipped either in a sturdy shipping tube or shipped flat. The option of which one is largely decided by the printer and the size of the print.
At this time, I do not ship internationally. When that changes, additional information will be added regarding associated charges. If you have any questions, please contact me.
Returns
I hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if your print arrives damaged or defective in any way, please contact me within 7 days so I can start the replacement process with the printer.
I will need you to email images of the damages. Once you contact me, I will give you all the information you will need for the process of replacement. Don’t discard the print in case images are requested by the printer or for some reason the print needs to be returned. I will do whatever I can to make the process as easy as possible. There will be no additional cost to you for a replacement.
Additional Information
Sales tax will be added to all Washington State orders.
Accuracy is very important to me. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or monitor.
